help with application

I came to US on H1B thru company ABC. after having no job with company ABC, I moved to company DEF after 4 months of coming to US. Now company DEF is applying fo my green card. Do I need to mention about company ABC in my greencard application...I dont have any experience letter or anything from ABC. Please advice...

See if you can get in touch with any of your colleague's at your old employer who will be willing to sign for reference letter & affidavit(this is something your new company attorney should be preparing) which can be used for filing GC.

I was in similar situation but little different (my earlier company is no long existing) and my current employer attorney (who is good!!) did prepare a reference letter & affidavit template and asked me to have this letter signed by the person/colleague who worked at the same employer when this earlier company was existing will take care of the issue and that's exactly what I did as I was in contact with my old colleague's and applied in EB2(TSC) and still waiting for my approval...
