EB3 - EB2 difference

Hi:

I am mangai, recent member.

I have a master's degree and I am working in US for 4 years. My company has recently approved the green card process for 6 people. They are about to file the labor. For all the 6 (4 Indians), they are filing under EB3. One of the forum says filing under EB3 takes easily 1-2 years more than filing under EB2, for getting the green card. But this thread was before 4 years. Is this still true?

I have also contacted my attorney to file my GC papers. The reality is that neither of the category is going to be faster, given the fact of retrogression of the Priority dates for both types, specially for India and China.

Begin the process and wait because it depends on the existing laws and a percent of luck too.
