Application question please help me

I came to this country through company A , i have no job for one year and then i join company b and i am working for the past 18 months, i want to apply the green card, my question is i did not work for the company A, whether i need to put that one year experience or not when i apply for green card/

Can you please guide me how can i proceed with my GC card application.

Can u tell me the pros and cons when i apply for my green card.

some times USCIS asks for your status proof, and tax papers (W2).
You can start GC process after consulting a competent attorney.
