    Any problem converting L1 to H1 after applying I-485

    Hi,
    I am currently on L1 visa and I applied for I-485 in EB3 category in August 2007. My I-140 is approved and I received the EAD and AP.
    Now my employer is asking me to convert my L1 to H1 petition as my L1 is max-outing in Sep 2010 .

    Will converting my visa from L1 to H1 create any processing delays with respect to GC ? Please advise
