AC-21 What documents are needed
Hi All,
I have received my EAD and AP and my I 140 has been approved few months back. I have spent more that 6 months with my employer, who had filed my I485 and labor.
My employer has a policy of not sharing the I 140 approval copy with the emploee. Thus I do not have any copy( Hard or soft) of my I 140 approval. I have just got an email from the Immigration dept saying my I 140 has been approved.
In the circumstances if I want to change my employer by invoking AS21 do I need to have a copy of the I 140 approval. Is this document required for any future events as EAD renewal. etc.
I red some place that I 140 approval is not required once you spent 6 months after the 485 filling. Just trying to confirm the same from anyone having any experience on this.
