  • An urgent question - please reply

I am trying to get my current employer A to file for my PERM. But they are very slow in doing things and my 5th yr H1B anniversary is coming up very close. So, as a backup I am also in touch with a consulting company B to file my PERM on future emp basis. My question is if one of them files for my PERM then for the second PERM filing do I have to declare to the attorney or on the application that my other PERM is in progress? Is it a bad idea to have more than one PERM in process at the same time? Please reply urgently. I will really appreciate it.

    Thanks

      Yes but ...

... possibly no. Yes, you have to declare everything to your attorney. Your attorney may choose not to disclose the other application.

      Good luck.
