Couple of questions regarding GC and Categories

Hi Guys,
I need some help from you guys regarding the category to apply in. Detail of my Qualification and experience is as under:

Degree: Masters in Computer Science
Year: 2000-2002

Degree: Bachelor of Commerce and Business Administration
Year:1996-1997

Degree: Diploma in Computer Science
Year: 1993-1995

Experience:

Company A( Total Experience: 1 Year 9 Months)
From: Sep, 1997
To: June, 1999
Job Title: Software/Hardware Support Officer

Company B (Total Experience: 1 Year 9 Months)
From: April, 2000
To: Dec, 2001
Job Title: Web Support Officer

Company C ( Total Experience: 5 Years 8 Months)
From: Jan 2002
To: Sep, 2007
Job Title: Joind as "Junior Programmer" and left as "Principal Software Engineer"

Company D (Total Experience: 6 months)
From: Oct 2007
To: Till Date
Job Title: Programmer Analyst

Now I am going to apply my Green Card through company D. My questions are:
1)Should I apply in EB2 or should I go for EB3. As I have heard that in EB2 there could be lot of RFEs/Queries.
2)My Masters Degree overlaps with my job that with with company B. Will that effect the GC process in any case. What if I will not show the experience with company B?

If you guys can reply help me regarding the above mentioned queries then I shall be very thankfull. Thanks

If your job qualifies for EB2, then you could apply. There is nothing to be afraid of if the job requirements and you qualify for EB2 and the employer is ready to support you.
