I was convicted for Drunk Driving in New Jersey. Is it going to effect my GC?

It will result in additinal delays but not an outright rejection as it is not considered CIMT. But there have been plenty of cases of visas being denied if a DUI person tries for a h1b due to additional psychiatric evaluations by Panel doctors etc.
Repeat offenders will be considered habitual alcoholics and will definitely impact the visa as well as GC.
