  • Applying for work-based green card

    Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to you wondering if I qualify for work-based green card.

I am currently holding a family-based conditional green card which expires end of Jan 2009. Unfortunately, the marriage doesnt work out, me and my husband are about to divorce, and there is no possibility he can help me with my further application of my unconditional green card.

I am currently employed by one of the biggest US companies in Bay Area - Santa Clara, CA, so i am wondering if I can apply for work-based green card instead. Is there any conflict between these 2 types of green cards? Do i have to start over again? Is it easy and what document the company needs to support me?

Thank you very much for your time and help, should you need any more information, please feel free to email me.

    Best Regards
