working in an University as Fulltime Faculty

I am applying for GC from one of the SC universities.as faculty.. getting the GC is going under same umbrealla as everybody..or it is going to be processed quickly..I heard that from university the GC process is fast. ?

If you have PhD and some papers published then you can try in EB1 category, that gets GC faster ...
