Immigartion to USA

Dear Sir / Madam ,

I am an Indian, Textile Engineer (Master Degree from Premium Indian Institute) with over 15 years working experience, wish to migrate to USA.
Please advice me the possibility and further proceedings. Is it possible for some one to arrange a H1b visa for me to come and work in USA. What are the charges.
