EB3 to EB2

Hi,

With my current employer my EB3 labour is approved and 140 is filed.

Now I would like to apply EB2 labour through other employer(as future employment). Can I utilize the priority date of my EB3 labour?.

It would be great if anybody can answer this.

Yes. Ask your lawyer for the procedure. It is simple if you have proof of your past labor/I140 approval.
