    L1A GC please help

    Hi

    I am on a L1A visa for 1 year now and i have 2 Years manager exp in the same company in India

    im scared of the lay offs and never know whats going to happen and i cant ask my employer to process GC for me

    Is there a way to file a GC without my current employer filling for it for EB1 catagoty

    Please help

    Not on employment basis. Other options include investor visa, marriage to a citizen though doing so for the sole purpose of GC is fraud.

      thanks a lot can i use a lawyer myself to file for EB1 cat ??? what all documents do i require to get this filed from my current employer ???

        Your employer has to sponsor. You cannot do it yourself.
