Changing jobs during GC processing

Hi , I've filed for GC with company A under EB3 in Aug,2007.
Currently I've got my I140 approved and also have got my EAD (which I've not activated). I don't want to start using my EAD yet;since my wife is on H4.

My question is - Can I transfer my H1 from company A to company XYZ without stopping my GC processing?

Possible with AC21 filing if the job is same/similar to the labor.
