Hi,
My Prospective Employer (non-consulting) is ready to file for EB2. They have the correct Job description (bachelors + 5 yrs), duties and is ready to pay according to position's pay scale.
I would like to know if the education and experience qualify for 5+ years of Progressive experience.
Education:
-----------
BTech - 4yrs (99-03)
MS US - 2yrs (04-05)
Education evaluation also done.
Work Experience (Total of 5yrs 8months):
----------------------------------------
A. Company A during my Masters study - 1 year 2 months (Intern and Entry level)
B. Continued with Company A after Masters - 3 years 2 months (Moved to next level)
C. Worked as an IT Consultant for same client Company A - 1 year 4 months
Now, I'll be joining Company A as a Full time employee again in a Senior role.
Would there be any red flags because of working for the same company initially, then as a consultant and then rehiring for a senior position?
Please help.
