Dear sir/madam,
I am On h1b visa and applied for EB3. I got RFE for I-485 and asking for all my I-797 and I-94 form
I have it all except one, I-94 form which I got it during my entry to US (El Paso, Texas) by land from Mexico After My H1b visa stamping, Which I surrender after 5 days on JFK when I was traveling to India. I didn't make photo copy of that I-94 form and I don't have any information about that form.
Do you think its will be a problem or major delay to get my green card?
