Is Obama govt. baneful for legal white collar immigrant workers?
His policies to turn around economy, his far stretched healthcare reforms and still “untouched (?)” immigration changes –everything is unproven – People are now questioning and doubting.
Did we not see this coming before elections?
Any change to immigration would heavily affect Asian population here. I, being an Indian techie, am scared more than anyone. There are stories heard about H/L visas being rejected, stories of weird kind of RFEs initiated by DoL, stories of harassing H/L candidates at port of entry and stories of making already complex process even tougher for legal foreign candidates. Isn’t it all part of his “hidden” immigration reforms? I hope not. In 200 days he has provided people like me nothing but this scary picture. Now I do not have any hopes of getting green card and becoming permanent resident here.
Well now I started thinking – bring back my old Bushy (at least he had little to do with immigration).
