Labor Approval expected Aug 2009

I need advice! My Labor (LC) Approval is expected this month by August or September 2009. I want to transfer out my H1B to another company as soon as I get an approval - Will the Department of Labor consider the Approval they have given me? Or will I lose this LC approval & have to restart all over again? What should I do?

I`m tired of my existing desi company taking advantage of me. They play with my hourly rates; They want me to pay them while I`m on bench to run payroll. I`m tired of life. What should I do?

Hi,

According to my understanding , LC is belonged to your current company which sponsors your Green Card Application. If you leave your current company even after LC is approved, how could you process I-140 & I-485 filing ? I heard that you should not change your current job until you file I-I40 /I-485 after 180 days, otherwise you might need to start the whole LC again. Pls consult with your attorney for advice.
