    Hi,

    I moved to California for my new Job (permanent) from Virginia. I am on EAD right now and no H1B anymore. I got a letter from USCIS for fresh bio-metrics in VA. I did not file AC21 yet, thought of applying later. Can i schedule the bio-metrics in California telling them i moved here for a project.

    Pls share your exp/suggestions.
