    EB1 Category on H1

    I am told that one is eligible for EB1 Green Card processing even on H1B as long as the beneficiary has worked for overseas in a managerial capacity for 1 year. It is not necessary to switch the status of the employee from H1 to L1.

    Please let me know in case this is true?
