I currently have a bachelors degree, a cpa license and 4 years of experience. Next year I will be promoted to a management position as soon as I complete 5 years of progessive experience with my company. Can my employer start processing my GC under EB2 before meeting the 5 year requirement? They will be applying under my future position which requires a minimum of 5 years experience and generally a masters degree, plus a cpa license.
