Is the next step Interview here? If so how long will they take to schedule in bay area?

Your next steps should be Fingerprints were completed (normally a week or two from biometrics)
then schedule your interview - which is dependent upon your field office (according to https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/ your timing is between 8 and 20 months from filing for San Francisco)
after the interview they can approve you on the spot, or shortly after but there's a chance they want to do a second review and this could take up to 180 days.

This timeline however may not apply to you since USCIS is very random. For example in your timeline it seems you got the EAD even before biometrics. that is surprising, it took me 7 months to get it. This could be that Texas office really worked its way quickly (although without fingerprints...) Now NBC is normally pretty random and they tend to take a long time.

I hope yours application gets done really really quickly. I can't imagine what has to be to wait from PD 2007 to current date 11 years later.
