Currently, I am working and my company wants me to relocate to the US.
I will be travelling on a L1A, Can someone tell me what is the approximate time for a GC start to finish ?

- what is your born city
- what EB category will you apply
- even what city are you going to move

It could be less than a year or many years.

Based on your name, expect close to 3 years from date of application. Even date of application can get delayed if application date is not current. Close to 3 years should be minimum in current climate. I applied in mid 2017 and am still waiting. I had no application date challenge which some of my colleagues are facing.

If you are not indian or chinese, ~1.5-2 years, assuming your company starts working on your PERM immediately and that you don't get audited/RFE'd at any stage
