Hi Gurus,
My company has placed an internal add on the website with all the description and requirements.
At the end of the add it states that:
"This notice is provided in anticipation of the filing of an application for permanent alien labor certification. "
I am no were involved in all this process. All else looks good but this above sentence was my concern. Is that OK? or does that has to be brought into the HR and the company lawyers notice?
Please suggest.
