Hi All,
I got my EB1A petition (self-sponsored) approved in May'19. I presently work for an MNC in India, however, I am planning to move to the US on L1A as early as possible and AOS later.
If everything works out, well and good. Otherwise, is it advisable to change employers and come to the US on H1B? Will there be a problem during the GC interview?
At present, the filing date is Dec'20 and the final action date is Jul'21 for my case. I appreciate any advice.
