Help! What to do next?

I finished my EB 3 interview at Hong Kong consulate end of Oct, 2019. They have collected our passports. After waiting for half and a month, the consulate emailed us that the petition was returned to USCIA on Dec 17 with a recommendation for revocation of the petition. And returned the passports to us.

What should I do can help our case? Should I submit any additional documents to USCIS?
