Hello,
I have a a question:
i am currently blind and i have a friend that i personally trust that i want to sponsor her for her green card.
i want her to be my caregiver, she has been assisting me over the past two years and things are getting a little complicated for me right now trying to get someone who is trustworthy.
i am currently working at USDA in D.C, but i live in MD. the person is currently here on a B1/B2 visa.
Is is feasible for me to sponsor her through employment, and what are my steps to follow since i am not a company, this would be personal employer?
