Hello,
I’m interested to know if anyone has any insight on how attorneys decide whether an applicant qualifies for EB2 or EB3?
If someone were to have 8+ years of experience with a Masters and was hired for a senior/staff level engineering role- would this be EB2 or EB3? I see a lot of conflicting details online so it’s hard to tell. It seems like if a role requires a Bachelors or Masters with 5+ years of experience that should be EB2. Is that correct?
Thank you
