EB1C Self Petition

Dear All,

Currently I am in USA on L1A (PED: July 2022) and meet all the criteria for EB1C filing. But due to some policy change in my current organization they have completely stopped EB1C filing. Under the current immigration rules and guidelines is there any possibility to file EB1C as a self petition i.e. without involving employer or any other better suggestion to secure Green Card at the earliest. My country of birth is India.

I think the I-140 must be filed by the employer.

I140 is employment based and it can only be filed by your employer.
