I have quick question regarding cross chargeability

My Wife and I are currently on H1-B Visa. My wife was born outside of India (as Indian citizen) and I was born in India. At this time my wife does not want to pursue GC with her current employer. Now, my question is, can I cross charge my GC application to my wife’s country?
What are the complications involved?
