My PD DEC 2012.
Is it worth to downgrade to EB3? Or wait for EB2 to get current. H1 expires in July 2022.
Besides my first labor on EB2 got approved in Dec 2010 but i140 denied due to lawyer's inability to send all letters. My employer switched to New attorney, got my i140 eb2 approved for PD 12/2012 but wasted 2 years in the process.
Can I port my EB2 Dec 2012 date to old EB2 Dec 2010 based on labor approval ?
Not sure which is best option:
1. Either downgrade to EB3 or
2. Try to port EB2 dates to first labor approved date 12/2010 or
3. Do nothing
