Directly Go for EB1C from Outside US or 1st get L1A approval and then apply for EB1C

Hi Everyone
Thanks in advance for your help. I wanted to know if I can directly apply for EB1C Immigrant Visa, given that I qualify for all the conditions required for an EB1C visa - Working for a US company abroad for more than 1 year in an managerial role and have an offer from them in US.
OR I NEED to have the L1A visa first and then apply for EB1C.
Any insight into this will be really helpful.
