NVC payment invoice received but due payment not appearing on ceac

Dear all,

My EB2-NIW petition got approved last month and I recently got the invoice from NVC for immigration visa processing payment.

The issue is that when I go to ceac website and click paynow (using my case ID/invoice ID), the due payment 345$ is not showing up.

Has anyone else faced this issue and what's the solution?
