EB1C from H1B( brief role change )
Hello,
Need help in understanding if the below is eligible for eb1c.
I worked as a Manager for company A in India from 2020(March) till 2023 (May) and moved to US through the same company A on H1B in 2023(June). The role that I moved to US is " Analyst" my petition also says role as analyst . I will be promoted as a Manager again in couple of months and my H1B amendment will have manger as my role. Am I eligible to file for GC through EB1C managerial category or this brief period as Analyst would sprint the whole case ?
