Company change after L1A EB1 I140. Can I utilize my old I140 in new company?

I had my L1A EB1 I140 approved with Company A with a priority date of 11/13/2017. I had to move to India for personal reasons.
I quit Company A and joined Company B and traveled to US with L1A this April 2024.
Can I utilise my already approved EB1 I140 in Company A to initiate my Green Card process? Or should I apply for new L1A EB1 I140 in company B and port the old priority date?

If you change jobs after I-140 approval but before filing I-485, you keep your priority date but need a new PERM and I-140 from your new employer. If you change jobs after filing I-485 and it has been pending for 180+ days, you can use AC21 portability to switch employers without restarting the green card process.
