I’m planning to move to the US once I’m eligible for the EB1C green card category. From November 2024 to June 2025, I managed one person. I was also on parental leave in April 2025, but the person still reported to me. I was transitioning to another team with broader responsibilities, which resulted in no reports under me between May 4th, 2025, and June 16th, 2025. Now, I have two people reporting to me starting June 16th, 2025, with the potential for the team to expand. I’m planning to move to the US in March 2026 if I’m eligible for the EB1 category.
Below is my question:
1. Will i still be eligible for EB1C given that i have a break due to parental leave and no reports between May 4th, 2025, and June 16th, 2025?
