Documents required for filing Greencard in EB2 category

Dear All,

I would really appreciate if someone can provide me a link which shows the exact documents (like paystubs,tax returns etc) required to file a greencard in EB2 category by the employer?I am really clueless which documents my employer would require to file my Greencard in EB2 category.I want to be prepared for it when I am asked to provide necessary docuemts.I would really appreciate if someone can tell me or provide a link about it.Thanks a ton!!

Hello Admin,

Thank you very much for providing the link.The link mentions that in order to file GC under EB2 category,I will need to provide letter from former employer that shows 5 years of post-baccleaurate experience.Now how strict USCIS with this 5 years of experience?When I go for GC filing next year,I would have had only 3.5 years of work experience after having completed my M.S degree.I didn't do any work after completing my Bachelors and came directly to U.S to pursue M.S degree.Also due to my relations with my former employer,he won't provide me a experience letter for the 1 year I worked with them.Is it absolutely necessary?Thanks a ton in advance!!

If you have MS before joining your GC sponsoring employer, you don't need 5 years of experience. It is either MS or BS+5.

Can you please confirm if it is 10 years or 5 years after Bachelors degree. I see in the link as 10 years.
