EB3 to EB2 on H4 status
Hi guys
My husband applied for his green card in 2008 January in EB3 category. He lost his job in 2008 itself and since then he is on H4 visa. His I-140 got approved though. Now, is there any way he can transfer from EB3 to EB2??? I am on H1B and applied for green card (EB2) in 2009 Oct. Since he applied earlier than me, i am just wondering if we can do anything on his application.
Would appreciate your suggestions.
