  • PERM Process

    Hello Everybody,
My Perm (or labor certificate) was clear back in early 2009 and then I was laid-off due to lack of work. Then in I went back on F1 visa and now currently I'm on H1-B visa again.

Got married to a USC in March'2011 and now filling for my green card through family based process.

In Form I-130, part C-#16 ask's for: Has your relative ever been under immigration proceedings?

    Ans: "No" or "Yes".

What should I say? If "Yes"- then it askes- Where_______ When_______
And ask to pick any of this options:
    Removal
    Exclusion/Deportation
    Rescission
    Judicial Proceedings

Thanks for reading my post and for all your help.

    Appreicate all inputs.

From what you have written so far, I don't think any of those things apply to you and therefore, the answer should be No.
