Eligible to EB2?

passed out- BE-2004
Employer A-2004 to 2007 - India
Employer B- 2008 to 2010(mar) -USA
Employer c- 2010(apr)- till date

Please let me know i eligible to EB2?

Please check is it true or not? There is no minimum required salary to file under EB2. In order to file under EB2, the MINIMUM requirement for the job MUST be a master's degree OR Bachelor's degree plus at least 5 years of progressive experience and you must meet these requirements. Just by having a masters degree does not make you qualified for EB2; the job should also require it.

It is not enough to know whether you qualify for EB2 or not. You also need to know whether the job requires the qualifications of EB2 or not.
