EB2 or EB3??

Hello Guyz,

I have a question and its kinda urgent . I want to know if i am eligible for EB2, i have 3 yrs of B.S and 2 yrs of PGDHRM(MBA) from SCDL and 3yrs of work exp. . When i took the PGDHRM SCDL said that it is equivalent to regualr MBA. So, is there anyway i can education evualation done and see my eligibility for EB2 ?

Also, please let me know if i have any other option of me filing EB2 in near future atleast confused and do you know any who can validate my Education.

Hi Swapna,

I did the same PGDHRM from SCDL, i am in the same situation as you are.
Are they validated your case and gave bachelors ?

HI Guys,

Did you any one done education evaluation (SCDL -PGDBA) to fit in to EB2?
I guess while applying H1 they considered equalent to U.S bachelors.

Please update in the status in the forum as I know lot of people finding this question is related to them.
