I had a question regarding filling green card in EB2 category. It would be great if you can help me.
We are located in Dallas. We are trying to convince the employer for filling green card in EB2. We already have filled in EB3 but its not moving. Now the employer says that he has to give lot of rise in salary as they are in Boston and salary is much higher there. I wanted to make sure of this.
My question is : For obtainning the prevailling wage for filling EB2, the wage is calculated based on city in which employee is working right now on project or where the company's corporate office is
located.
