I recently changed company. I have approved I-140 with old employer under EB3 category (Priority date December 2007 - EB3) old company was unable apply my GC under EB2, because I have only bachlor`s degree in computer science and don`t have master`s degree. My new employer is about to file my GC. Now I have 5 years experience in US before joining this company. Just I would like to know am I eligible to apply my GC under EB2 category with new employer (under the clause of EB2 eligibility - Bachlor`s degree + 5 years of experience).
