Education & Work Experience:
1) Bachelors Degree(Computer Science) from India.
2) Masters Degree (Management Information Systems) USA.
3) 3 yrs Exp (As of 2011 Dec)
Current Job Description:
QA Associate Analyst ( BS + 0-2 yrs Exp required)
I will be promoted to QA Analyst ( BS + 3 yrs Exp required) by the end of this year.
My Company will only apply for green card by the end of 2013. So by the end of 2013 i will have the following qualifications (BS+MS+5 yrs Exp). Am I eligible for EB2 then?
Also there is another position within my company QA Automation Engineer( BS + 5 yrs Required, Masters Prefered). If i am promoted to this new position then by 2013, am i eligible to apply using EB2?
Please help me understand the process.
