  • L1B to H1B to filing GC now......(Urgent)

    Dear Experts,

    1) I came to US on L1B Visa for Company A and worked for 2+ years.
    2) I got an offer from company B which agreed to process my H1B and applied for H1B with COS of 24th Nov
    3) Company B lawyer informed me about COS on December 5th and I moved out of Company A on 11th December to join company B
    4) Technically my H1 was valid from 24th Nov but I still worked for Company A till 11th Dec.
    5) Now company B wants to file for my GC and requires an experience letter from Company A
    6) Company A sent a letter stating my last working day till Dec11

I wanted to know how much big problem it is now for-
    1) GC application
    2) H1B stamping (After COS I have not travelled back to my country and hence doesn't have H1B stamp yet).

Appreciate your reply and help in this regards,

    DAN
