Hi,
I was working in the Indian office of a MNC for more than 4 year and for the last 3 years I was a software development manager with managing upto 4 people and taking care of appraisals and having the right of hire/fire. I have recently moved to US office of the same company on H1B in the position of a manager. Now, I am requesting the company to apply for EB1 based greencard. But the legal department says that since I do not have masters degree (I have bachelors in engineering), I am not eligible for that category. Can anybody suggest if there is any requirement of masters for applying under EB1 manager category? Also, would my chances be very slim if I do not have master's degree?
