Getting GC without working for the employer

Hi Folks:

I worked for company A and recently changed to Company B. Company A has filed for my Labor & I-140 and they are approved. Now the PD is likely to become current and company A is ready to file my I-485, eeven if i don't join them in future.SAy i apply for I-485 and get my EAD and GC without joining the company A. will there be any problem? I wont be be joining company A even after getting the GREENCARD.Will there be any situation i will land up in trouble.I know there might be problem when applying for citizenship, but other than that will there be any problem......


Pls.list the pros and cons of this situation.

You must joint company A after you get your green card through them. Otherwise, your green card is not valid.
