7th Yr H1B Switching Jobs from one company to another company to another

hello all
i am on the 8th year of my h1b , i have labor /i-140 approved under my ex-company A under EB3 india with a priority date of december 2007 ,
I switched to company B hoping that they will do GC as promised , but they didnt do as promised , my h1 b is valid till 2015 jan as i had i-140 approved with my ex employer ,
now my question is can i switch to another employeer c who says they can do my GC ? Can i switch to a new company C , Can my 140 approval from ex-company A help me to switch jobs now from company b to company c
, I can provide pay stubs from company b , but I dont have any 140 or labor approved from company B , Pls advise if it is advisable to switch jobs or not
