Date current in Feb 2012 unable to get Non Availability of Birth certificate
Hi,
My date will be current on Feb 1, 2012 PD: Dec 09. But I dont have BC. I have received Affidavit from parents but not able to get Non Availability of certificate due to my birth was in remote place in India.
My attorney said we cannot apply untill we get NAC. I fear I will not be able to apply and the dates will become unavailable.
My relatives have made several trips to the local muncipality office but no luck. They also carried a sample NAC of my friend but they are not ready to give such certificate.
Is there any alternative? What are my options? Or any agency in India that can help me get NAC?
