EB2 or EB3

Here is my case:
Education: 4 years Bachelor of Engineering from India
Overall Experience: 8 years 1 month
Experience prior to current company: 6 years 10 months
Experience in the USA: 4 years 10 months

Am I eligible for an EB2 category?
